At Sherwins we believe in making it easy to recover a debt using the legal system.

With the Sherwins website, a user can:

•	Issue a Solicitor's letter demanding a debt to be paid
•	Issue a county court claim if that becomes necessary
•	Instruct us on what further action is necessary to enforce the court's judgment
•	Look at the status of a debt that has been sent to us for recovery

If a member of the public receives a claim issued by Sherwins, we also believe we should make it easy for the debtor to pay the debt as quickly as possible. So we encourage online payment using a debit or credit card wherever possible.
