Transfer Your CCJ For Free

If you have a county court judgment which is more than £600 and which isn’t regulated by the Consumer Credit Act then you can use our free transfer service* to convert your judgment into one which can be enforced using our own brand of High Court enforcement, “Sherforce”.

All you have to do to transfer your judgment is complete the online form by clicking on the GO button below and we will start work on your behalf.

When you have completed the entire form we ask that you press SUBMIT. You will then be asked to print off the form so you can send us the court fee which is payable to the High Court. This fee is a £60.00 fee and is recoverable from your debtor if your enforcement is successful.

Don’t worry we will help you through the entire procedure – all you have to do is submit the online form.

And if your judgment is less than £600 we can help you either issue a Warrant of Execution to the county court bailiffs, or we can offer you our own brand of private post judgment enforcement through Sherforce Plus. So we can help you here as well!
